Project Requirements:

The client required transport and storage of part transport pallets that feed robotic work cells.

Man operated dollies deliver full pallets of parts to the “Chuter” system, and offloaded.  At the same time empty pallets are off loaded onto the delivery dolly for recycle.

Full pallets are gravity feed to the line side, where an operator hand unloads individual parts used in product assembly.  The empty pallet is transitioned from the lower/full pallet gravity conveyor to the upper empty pallet gravity conveyor for offload to transport dolly.

I designed 40 different complete “Chuter” systems in an 8 month time frame for this client.  All designs were done using Autodesk Inventor.
